i use blindsbrothers for my Property Management Business but had the opportunity to use them for my own personal residence. I could not be happier with the outcome of the visit - very professional and knowledgeable and offered good value. Dave was the Tech that came out and he was great!

Rick and his team were very friendly and professional, and the communication and installation was quick and looks amazing. They went above and beyond with installing some other blinds that were not reset from the previous construction crew, which was very appreciated.

Had faux wood horizontals installed in our den. Top rate service, installation and product at a reasonable price. Can’t say enough about how much I love this company. This is the second time we’ve had them do our window coverings. First time, living and dining rooms. Outstanding job. The customer service is second to none. Rick really knows his products, business and customers. You will never be disappointed when using Blind Brothers as they are a first rate company who actually does care about the customer and their needs. I highly recommend Blinds Brothers for window cover installations. From quote to completion they were courteous and knowledgeable professionals. They discussed design options, measured windows and provided quotes same day -- other companies required two onsite visits before scheduling installation. We got quotes from other companies and Blinds Brothers was the most cost effective by a long shot.Blinds Brothers installed 15 roller shades in our home on their second visit, in only a few hours. All the roller shades fit perfectly and were high quality. Everyone was on time, respectful of our home (took off their shoes, were careful with walls and furniture), and cleaned up after themselves. The team was also down to earth, friendly, and professional. They removed all the old window coverings as part of the installation service (other companies we received quotes from did not offer this). The old blinds were also taken to be recycled at no cost, rather than thrown out which I appreciated.Thank you Rick and team for your excellent service and expert window coverings installation. This company is wonderful. They did a nice job on my blinds, and they were the best rate around. Other companies were trying to price gauge me. I found them to be very honest, and their customer service was great!

Dave came to our condo within 2 days of calling Blind Brothers and suggested the best type of blinds for our condo to block the sun and heat and was very easy to deal with. We ended up with power control blinds and happy with our choice and will be recommending them to friends and family. He even replied to my texts late at night. That's customer service!!!
