Horrible experience! Do not recommend!Went to Victoria to pick up my vehicle from The Lower Mainland. While on route, was told that I no longer was getting the SUV I applied for, but instead they replaced it with a van that was in “better condition” and more suitable for my family.When I arrived, I was told it was in good working order. The salesman, Noah, had us sign all documents rather quickly so that we could catch the next ferry home. He assured us everything was mint.That week we had nothing but problems, a stereo that doesn’t work, stow n go that is broken and a squealing that won’t go away, it is now clunking in the front. I messaged them several times with no response. I want to add that this van was extremely overpriced as it is. It cost us nearly $40,000 for it and it’s a 2017. He assured us we would use it as a credit builder for 6 months and then we’d talk about lower rates and trade ins.Fast forward to 6 months, still having the same issue, we received a text from Josh asking if he can look into said rates and if we want a deal, to which I replied an immediate yes as the savings would help us get it fixed! Aaaaand once again, no response. Texted again, he said he was busy with the long weekend and would get to it right aways, waited a week, no response. Texted several times, no response. Like Noah, he likes to ignore us.Horrible customer service!! 2 salesmen completely ignoring their unhappy customers, but why should they have to respond? We are a ferry ride away, right? We have been fully ripped off and trust me, you will be too! I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.I went without for 6 years, only to wind up with a bad vehicle I didn’t want & worse customer service.We deserve more as customers.

This company went above and beyond with the whole car sale, they had a icbc rep come In to deal with all of the insurance and license plate stuff. My salesman Kevin was very helpful and made the whole process really easy.

I had an awesome experience here. Hunter took care of me, my trade in appraisal was more then fair, and everything was explained up front and honest. Top class sales guy and great dealership to do business with! 0 complaints.
