If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered FD pins for a graduation ceremony 3+ weeks prior to the graduation. They didn’t arrive in time. When I contacted them to discuss this. All I got in response was “we wish you the best” They did nothing to try and amend the situation. They will no longer receive my business. I feel so sad for the graduate to won’t be able to wear his FD pins for his graduation.

These are definitely the most high quality shirts I've found out there. Also the size is what they say it is when it arrives, unlike many other computer sites I've experienced. Thank you Stokes International.

I placed an order on May 29th, 2019. I received my order on July 8th, 2019.They said the pants I ordered had to be shipped from California. The pants arrived and were the wrong length. I contacted Stokes Int'l and was told the length I ordered was not in stock in California, so without contacting me they shipped the next length. I asked Stokes about this and was told the pants could be hemmed, but the inhouse seamstress was on Vacation until August.I feel they should have contacted me before making this decision. I won't be ordering from them again.

Amazing customer service, kept me updated at all times where my package was. They insured I’d receive it on time, and made it happen. Amazing quality in pants, perfect sizing. Highly recommended to all Canadians in the work forces.

I wouldnt give these crooks another dime of my money. Ordered name bar using their online name bar design tool. Name bar cam with standard font, name and rank same size. Not what I ordered. Called and was told that they really cant do it the way the design tool says they can".. so why have the design tool available? Never recieved my buckle to go with my belt. Was told I must have lost it. Sent name bars back and must be sitting on someone's desk because I didnt receive a return or a refund. Way I see it they still owe me money after almost 5 years. Crooks."

I placed an order online at approximately 6:00 pm on November 18th. I received an email the following morning at 9 am advising that my order had been shipped. I was amazed at the fact that all this was done during non office hours. I have never experienced this level of Customer Service from any company that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
