Comairco

We rented two Sullivan 900/1150 compressors from Comairco for a project in Winnipeg. We were not impressed at all with the compressors and how they were prepared for us. A fuel gauge was out of order on one of them, and the same compressor worked only on one mode (900). The other was brought to site with no oil or coolant. Comairco delivered the oil and coolant to the site and charged us for their technician's time and materials. The same compressor was leaking oil and coolant and we had to get more oil and coolant to keep the project running and avoid stand-by. Comairco charges us for that as well.The service we got from the service technicians was prompt and professional. This is why it is two stars, not one.Recommendation: Be very-very careful and check the equipment you get.

We've used Comairco for years, providing us compressors and parts. Service has always been good, if parts are not in, they're ordered promptly. One of our pre dryers went bad and within a few days part was ordered and replaced.

We purchased a compressor from Comairco in 2018. We had some initial problems after purchasing and I was left not happy at all. The branch manager Scott got involved and made the situation right. I wanted to wait a couple years to see how we were treated after that incident before reviewing. I have dealt with Andrea ever since and she has been fantastic! We feel well taken care of and they have tweaked there service schedules to better suit our usage. The service technicians have always been knowledgeable and friendly. My one piece of advice would be to make sure you go over closely the install requirements and make sure they are including everything you need to pass city inspection. Overall, we are very pleased with the product and service and would use them again!
