Friendly staff, eager to help and give advice! I always get good service here plus most the girls know my name which is really nice and as a girl who has worked in environments like this I 100% understand it takes a lot to remember someone's name. I buy ALL my product here for that reason :)

I have shopped here many many times and today I am just super upset! I went into with my 2 daughters and grabbed the stuff that I needed and went to the cashier, her name was Nika. My daughters who just came from dance and has no pockets I might add saw some mango lip gloss on the counter and were looking at it I was watching them the whole time and told them to leave it alone. I finished paying and left the store, 5 mins later Nika called me and said she checked the inventory I believed my oldest daughter stole the lip gloss! The fact that she felt like she needed to check her inventory blew my mind and then proceeded to call me and accuse my daughter.. I pulled over to ask her (she is 11 and knows better) promised me she didn’t and I asked my 8 year old as well.. my daughter bursted into tears and said she is being accused of something she didn’t do. The fact that she called me with no evidence and to make me and my daughters feel that way I just couldn’t believe it! I then called head office and talked to their regional manager who did not care at all and tried to make up an excuse for Nika.. like wow I am going to make sure people are aware of how they treat their customers and if you go in with your kids make sure to be careful or they might just accuse them too!

A sweet lady helped me the second i walked in and she was SO insightful and gave me amazing advice. I walked out confident in all the products I bought. Thank you for such nice knowledgable staff!

Love the langley location. Always friendly staff, prompt service. Following covid protocols not to mention amazing smelling hand sanitizer when you come in. They are never out of stock of what I need and always willing to help with product recommendations.

worst service and completely rude staff. just wanted to buy my product not stand in line for 10 minutes to pay while both staffers chatted with their friends/customers?? at the check out desk. Go chat at starbucks just ring the rest of our orders through cause we got better things to do!!!!!!!

VERY RUDE STAFF. The 2 girls I had an encounter with were extremely rude and stuck up and seemed like they had better things do to like chat to themselves about personal things that were quite inappropriate. I needed help finding products and they did not want nor did they care to help. Do not recommend, go to another beauty supplier or to a different location.

I have always found the staff there to be so helpful and friendly. Today I had quite a lot of questions and all were answered with patience. The people working there this morning (I regret that I didn't get their names) were really nice and friendly. Thank you!

Great prices and selection BUT every time I go there there is one girl that glares at me the entire time while I shop, doesn’t smile, doesn’t ask if she could be of assistance but just glared. I went in with my mother in law and when we were ready to pay I showed my membership card but we were paying separately. This rude cashier tells us that only the cardholder can buy. She even shoved a sign in my face that only states that non licensed guest should be limited. Doesn’t state that they cannot come and buy with a family member that is licensed and a card holder. She then proceeds to say in a rude manner that we can pay together and figure out the money later and that members should know the rules. I am licensed and have brought my family with me to buy product and support the store numerous times and not once have I been treated and spoken to in such a rude manner. We bought over $300 worth of product so I do not understand the need to be condescending, rude and just plain unfriendly and unprofessional. This happened at the Langley west coast beauty around 3pm on November 24, 2019. So to management or whoever will be seeing this review please look up who worked during this time. As the other cashier was friendly so I’m not sure if maybe this cashier was hungover or just went through a break up but it should not reflect on how she performs at work.
