Canadian Home And Renovation Team went above and beyond with our main floor kitchen/living room renovation creating the perfect space that we simply love beyond words. The crew were professional, knowledgeable and their attention to detail exceptional. Our project was completed in the timeframe we were quoted and our budget was kept so that we have the kitchen of our dreams that we could afford. Following an accident to our home where exterior damage occurred CHART came to the rescue once again and repaired all brickwork to its original condition. Simply amazing craftsmanship!! We just finished a project with CHART which included a reno of our kitchen, living room and main bathroom. From our first meeting and consultation with Brock to discuss the renovation, we have had nothing but positive things to say about him and the rest of the CHART team. The timeline for the project was kept on schedule and all the trades and sub trades were very skilled and knowledgeable and never left a mess behind. Working with Amanda really helped us bring our vision to reality and she was so great in helping us make many of the design choices. Nick our PM was amazing and so easy to work with and always had a quick solution to any problem that popped up. His attention to details far exceted our expectations and made us feel that the work that was being done was left in good hands. We really loved how everything was scheduled to the day and time and always available to see on the Builder trend app. We are very happy with the final results and it feels like a new home. CHART did our kitchen renovation. From the initial meeting with Brock to the final inspection, everyone was amazing to work with. They listened to what we wanted and the result has exceeded our expectations. They provided input to make the final result look beautiful. The CHART team has created our dream covered patio extending the roof from our executive bungalow to create an outdoor room. I can share that their team has been a great example of professionalism and teamwork. Right from the planning stage through each stage of building they have done an amazing job. We had a fantastic experience with our CHART renovation this past spring. Our new basement is now a favourite place to go, and the upstairs fireplace with built-in shelving is a cozy, dramatic focal point in our family room. Corey, Matt, Marley and team were a pleasure to work with - their high standards met or exceeded ours, and the team was always respectful of our space. During the job, floors and walls were protected, and things were always left tidy at the end of each day.
