Not many machines, 3min per quarter for dryers , last resort today

I got my Burberry dress shirt dry cleaned and when I went to put it on I noticed that some of buttons were chipped and scratched , do NOT go here if you want your clothes runied! If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would!

I've been coming here for years. Staff are kind and pleasant. Machines are affordable and efficient. I highly recommend this place!

The girl at the desk is never there. Do not go there. She leaves the cash unattended and spends more time with her next door friends than actually working.

Minimal water in machine, not enough water to properly clean the clothes. Fairly clean, with somewhat friendly customer service. Price per load appears reasonable, but I’m not satisfied with the limited amount of water, I’d rather pay more to get a proper wash.

I work film. Crazy hrs. I only have Sunday evenings to do laundry.This place is SUPPOSED " to be open till 7 pm.A few months ago I had hung out to throw my wash into the dryer and then I left. I returned at 6:45 and it's a good thing I did as they were locking up.The girl said because it wasn't busy.That should have been a wake up call I guess.Today I go there at 5:40.I see a hand written sign that says Today open till 6:00 pm.What the hell . I told the girl that she should change the web site hrs to 6:00pm.Now I'm at value Village buying a weeks worth of clothes.It's 6:27 and their web site says they are still open.Bad management.I'm not impressed with their machines either. I will never be back."

The girl who has been working virtually every shift the past month is the rudest, least courteous, and most dismissive employee that I have ever met. One night, I was standing by the dryer, waiting for the final couple minutes for my clothes to dry and she walked right through my personal space sweeping floor debris onto the central mat. I was dumbfounded, but said nothing. On the way back, in the other direction, she glared at me as if to say can't you see that I am sweeping?" and just stood there looking at me. "Can you move?" I prefer not even giving on star , I went to drop off my queen size quilt...they charged me $50 for service...complete rip off!!Some other laundromat in langley charged me not even $ 30 for same service..never going back here.

I have been coming to this laundromat for about a year and a half! They are super professional! In the times were I’m working 12 hour days between 2 full time jobs, I have a hard time with laundry upkeep as I have a half size washer/dryer, I can bring my laundry here were they not only clean my clothes but they also fold them and organize them for me to simply put away and hang! The staff has always treated me with warm greetings and I will continue to come here when I need it the most ❤️
