Excellent customer service, as some one who doesn't know anything about painting, I came here with a few questions and staff was very kind and quick to answer my questions. I received great suggestions and was explained very well. Thank you for helping me out today. Definitely great place.

My review is just for service, as it’s my first time buying SW and I haven’t started painting yet.I was helped with selecting a white trim colour, which I generally find stressful because I just do not recognize undertones. I’m also new to SW, so have to history with shades. She helped and I love the colour. She also told me the best sizes to get for the project (paint and brushes) and for the best value. Very happy. Will be back.

Very horrible experience over the weekend with Veronica on Saturday and Sunday. We've been to this location a few times over the years and had pleasant experiences but never on the weekend. We wanted a paint match and Veronica in an extremely rude manner explained she needed at least a toonie sized piece of paint for matching where we had roughly the size of a quarter. We ignored the rude tone and agreed to come with a bigger piece as she had described.We came the following day with a bigger piece. We noticed the same sales rep Veronica being rude to the couple in front of us, refusing to provide a bag with an aggressive tone. Then after we offered the toonie-sized sample, she asked for our number and mentioned she could not match and would need a bigger piece while mumbling insults in between. It would have been better with this kind of terrible customer service if there was a self-serve option or someone with basic customer support skills. She simply ruined our experience with Sherwinn-Williams even after two chances.We went to the Dulux paints on Danforth and Woodbine down the street and had a fantastic experience with a friendly rep with 99% match, only requiring a dime-sized piece. Highly recommend going there instead!

Always great and helpful assistance by their pros here. We usually go to this location whenever we have any paint job at our house (when we moved in 5yrs ago, deck and fence painting, and now room color update). We always find it cheaper - as they also usually have promotions going on - than the box stores and with better “you-can-never-go-wrong” paint quality.My favorite guy in this branch is Emil. He has that no non-sense - you don’t need this, you can save money with this approach. And what’s best is when you can sense they are happy doing their job in helping others. My kids were “overjoyed” (also the name of the paint color they picked) when Emil gave them freebies which they called “lootbag” on our way out.Keep your guys happy Sherwin Williams. And keep up the great service guys.

Had the best experience ever at this store. It has never been so easy picking paint colours. Delphin and Mira were so helpful and patient with my request to pick colours for my entire home in one visit. They went above and beyond. I will be back for all my paint needs.

After checking ratings/reviews of brand quality, I chose to buy Sherwin Williams paints for the first time. I went to this store and I was helped by Alex. He was very patient, knowledgeable and personable. Some tint bases were not in stock and he found two of the three additional ones I needed at the next closest store. Jesse was also very knowledgeable and kind, helped with my order, ordered the third tint base I needed but was out of stock in Ontario and he cashed me out of my purchases. Both Alex and Jesse are fantastic representatives of Sherwin Williams!

Staff are knowledgeable, personable, patient and accommodating. I can vouch for their manager and assistant manager - both helped me with a large purchase of a variety of paints (different sizes, colour, tints, finish). I can't stress enough how thorough the staff are, especially in answering all my questions and providing insight on their products. I highly recommend this location.

Great experience for a first timer. Sales associate was extremely helpful and patient, helped me over the phone (from outside) all done with in 15 mins. Had nice little sale going on too! that I wasn't aware of so that was a nice surprise!

We were in need of a bunch of different paint types (interior and exterior) for our newly renovated home. Not only did we get very good service, but everyone here is knowledgeable and want to get to know you/your project! We had a great experience and will be suggesting these guys to anyone that asks where to buy paint/stain/etc.
