Ola is a very unprofessional person, rude. He does very bad installion. He makes up an excuse for every appliance that he cannot do and is difficult. If you want to see how a terrible job is done, you can call this man. He hangs up the phone when he doesn't want to hear or listen. Terrible customer service. Look at the pictures for dryer vent he used aluminum tape when he was suppose to use clamps. For dishwasher it's not suppose to stick out pass the counter top. For hood fan there's scratches on metal cover of the fan. Looking at the picture the fan cover is not even touching the ceiling.

Best experience you can get. I called him only for my downdraft range installation. But ended up making him do all my appliances for my new home. Because of his knowledge about the appliances, the pace he works and the most important thing “the money he charges “. I don’t think anyone here in Edmonton can beat him. I did spend lot of time making calls to so many installers found online. There was one screw missing in my dishwasher and he drove 35 kms just to fix that. Great guy. All the best buddy.
