Listen to all your friends, family, and colleagues when they tell you to steer far and wide away from Ford. This dealership is a good example of why that well-earned reputation for terrible service is so commonly known and talked about. Ford has a good product, but sadly in this part of the country, their service is the absolute worst in the industry. Ask anyone you meet, and they will know this fact.

Jag and the team at Key West Ford made my experience easy and enjoyable! I am located on Vancouver island so initially, I was worried about how I was going to purchase a vehicle on the mainland. Jag was great at communicating over text and was kind enough to pick me up at the ferry. Everything from the test drive, finalizing the purchase, and getting warranty was amazing. I love my car and I was even happier that I went home with it that same day! They offered an amazing price on the vehicle and the whole experience was wonderful! I highly recommend Jag and the Key West Ford team!

I'm a previous Kia owner but now have a Ford Edge. Customer service was meh. I had to talk to 3 people just to get the service I wanted booked. When I arrived customer service was good. Left my car, they called and let me know what they were doing and when it would be ready. Picked up my car counter person was ok. I was disappointed as they didn't wash or vacuumed the car. Kia does a quick wash and quick vacuum. No swag offered, just a quick recap, this what you owe and car will be out shortly. Blunt and quickly move it along.

I had a car on their lot picked and a deposit made. Then a manager made a shady claim about supply shortages" as an excuse not to honour long-standing price agreements made with manufacturers. If you're looking for integrity look elsewhere."
