We had to replace the fireplace in one of our condo units, and Noll was very fair in their pricing and extremely professional to deal with. They let me know how long it would take to get the fireplace in to their location, they followed up with any unexpected delays that may have arisen, and they ensured that the condo owner was kept apprised of any delays and what to expect when the fireplace arrived. They also followed up with email to let us know when to expect installation. I am very pleased with their professionalism and response times.

We would like to extend our thanks for the excellent service provided to us when replacing our furnace January 12th, 2023. Your technicians, were very helpful and answered all our questions and provided a lot of useful information. The installer installed our two fireplaces almost 10 years ago and we were so happy to have them, as we awaited our furnace installation which was not a long wait at all! I have been served well by Noll for many years. From the excellent service when the furnace had a catastrophic failure requiring replacement 13 years ago, to the ongoing maintenance they do each year and urgent calls when something goes wrong...like today. They even called to specify when in the day between 12 and 4 pm the tech would arrive just before the window started, so I was not required to be sitting there waiting the entire window. Really appreciated that.

These folks were great. The job was intricately planned well ahead of time. Installation was scheduled when convenient and they appeared on time. Coverings on everything to keep the site clean - no evidence they were even there. Removed old systems without a fuss. New installs went in exactly as planned and look and work GREAT! Service folks were friendly and businesslike. I highly recommend these people.

Scheduled a maintenance call for my furnace and upon servicing, a leak was discovered and the unit had to be shut down. I was heading out of town that same day and didn't want to leave my tenant without heat for the weekend. They came right away to give me a quote and luckily had an install team available that afternoon. All of this on a Friday! Super professional and friendly, going from service to fully installed in the same day. I am very grateful and I highly recommend!

Installed new gas hot water tank. Very happy with the whole process. Noll returned my inquiry call promptly and arranged for an estimate. The job was scheduled quickly and at a convenient date. The service techs who did the installation were punctual, polite, efficient, and tidy. The job was well done. Payment done electronically with prompt, emailed receipts. Very pleased. Would recommend Noll highly.
