Had them out to repair" my fridge after a leak that damage my floors and the first tech didnt even take the back of my fridge off to check anything

Bought a used stove part here after a bad experience at another appliance place in town. Still prefer shopping local, but was nervous about their no returns policy on used parts. Although, they were upfront about the policy and it was the correct part that she said came from a working stove. Trusted the process and we now have a properly working stove! My wife's pancakes will never be burnt again... probably.

Great customer service. Friendly and helpful! Stayed to make sure the problem was fixed and even asked me to call after my next load of laundry to let him know how the washer worked.

Our fridge broke down after making some weird noises. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and provided a fix for us to try before getting them onsite. They cost themselves a visit to save us some money as that seemed to work. I would definitely trust what they say when discussing appliances as they knew the problem from a very brief description without ever visiting our house! We would very strongly recommend their services and you can trust that if they say they have to come look at your appliance that it is necessary.Would give 6 stars if I could.

Horrible place to buy appliances from. We bought a stove that the burner won't turn off, the oven cooling fan keeps running. We had to take it back twice to get it fixed within the first 6 months, the first repair was within the first day We bought it. Total rip off when we could get a brand new one from another store for the same price! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Their repair services are not timely AT ALL! They have had my microwave for over a week with no notification as to how long it will take to fix each time I call. Incredibly frustrating!

I have now used these guys three times for my appliance repairs, and all three times they were professional, came when they said, were reasonably priced and never had to make a call back saying they didn’t fix something right.Hats off to you guys! And thanks for the great work!
