This is for the service area. Called for a oil change, they decided to do a service A. They touched the air cabin filter and let go a lot of debris in it. After a oil change my motor fan made a huge noise. They said oh it might make a lot of noise. Im sorry my car didnt do a vibration when I opened my AC.For 80 $ they said they would do it. The piece cost 50 in here, but it cost in other places 25$. I had to open myself and get rid of all of the debris they left. I fixed it for 25$. I wouldn't mind if the piece was nasty but not putting it back to how it was, that is the problem.

The service, here, was spectacular. I was serve by this gentleman name Dominique, he was very understanding about our budget and needs. He was also very patient with us, as we had many worries. However, his advice and expertise, reduce all our concerns. Plus, he did his best to give us the best offer, whether it is to negotiate, such as reducing the prices, giving tires extra, and others. He did his best to convince the director of sale. Therefore, I will be coming back again when times comes! So, anyone that is doubting whether they will be well-served whether of their background or whatever. This is the place to go, no racism, nothing at all. Very good customer service on their behalf!

Very well done transaction for a pre owned car that I took from Encore Honda. The paper work was well handled and with extreme politeness. They even added the winter tyres because I told them it was shown in the picture.They added a discount and also filled up the gas tank , with car washed and ready for my drive .
