Irving Oil

This is one of my least favorite petrol pumps in Canada and it is definitely because of the the guy who works there.I filled up my talk one Sunday evening and at the end of the transaction I was asked by the machine if I wanted a car wash or not. Considering I was coming from Halifax and how cold SJ winter is, I said Yes". Big mistake. I paid everything and went to get the wash and the door wouldn't open. So I called up the office and said that there might be some issue as the car wash door wasn't working. And the immediate response was "It is written everywhere that the car wash is closed. Can't you read the signs?" I wasn't aware that the machine kept on asking you to get a car wash even if that was not working. Also

It is a gas station, but the staff and management are top-notch, friendly, and helpful. Good hot dogs as well

The stupid ice cream machine out of order!!!!!!! Drive all the way to get a milkshake out of order. So I decided to get a pop and they have PLASTIC STRAWS!!!!

Place is always kept well cleaned. Bathrooms aren't free of odor but are usually free of any grime or fresh issues.Staff are usually friendly and willing to make a joke or have a conversation if it's slow. They're helpful and if some are quiet most have fantastic customer service.

I Was surprised at the level of disrespect coming from the front end staff when attempting to pay for my gas today.Unpleasant, rude and unprofessional… these are your employees and they represent your company. I recommend you retrain or re-hire new staff.

It's Irving, their prices on convince store items are high, but they sell a good gas station hot dog.... I think Irving should chill out on their really clean bathrooms claim as it wasn't all that clean.
