They used be very good! It was my first clinic (2015) and I always felt welcome! But I don’t know what happened, but they became just awful, rude and the worst service. One day (COVID times) I scheduled to pick my birth control, I arrived 5 min EARLIER and they said to me that I was lying and I didn’t schedule anything (?) and the receptionist rude as hell keep saying for me to step away. After 10 min, I called again and they said that I didn’t say I had scheduled an appt. I called again after a few month to see a doctor and they never called me back, called again they never called me back and that’s it. IWHC if you don’t want be a clinic anymore just close down, don’t need to treat women like this.

Not sure why so many negative comments, perhaps they improved recently. Had a great first experience from the moment I called to book the appointment (Monday), the receptionist said they only book appointments on Thursday for the following week however she had some slots available for this week and provided me with few different openings, I was booked for Wednesday same week. She was very nice. Then I got a call from another person a day prior to app to answer some basic medical history questions, also very respectful interaction. When I arrived to my appointment, I was seen by a female doctor exactly as scheduled and all went super quick. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. Gave me a privacy behind curtain to undress. I have nothing bad to say, complete opposite, will gladly recommend this clinic to my girlfriends.

If you're looking for a safe, judgement-free environment while undergoing an incredibly uncomfortable procedure, i.e. pap test, don't go here.The staff lack compassion to their patients and will make you wait with the undeniable feeling of being forgotten, although you are not permitted to be late.All my sympathy to being overworked and maybe understaffed but the way in which the procedure went, how I was spoken to and treated was beyond clinical, bordering on rude with zero compassion.

Worst experience ever. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME TO BOOK WITH THEM. The receptionist sounds extremely rude and passive aggressive. I was expecting it to be a safe and non judgmental space. I was only hoping to book a pap test and the receptionist made me feel so shameful of myself and uncomfortable. She ended up hanging up on me when I haven't done talking. Extremely unprofessional!

it's a disaster. I made an appointment on the phone and when I arrived they did not take me on the pretext that they called me and I did not answer so they canceled my appointment without telling me. it's not professional at all. I came from far to do my test and they didn't want to fix it. no message or email to notify me. Even after explaining the cost to take an Uber to come here and taking half day off, they did not want to hear or propose anything

Today was my second time having a Pap test at this clinic. The first time I had no problems, but today I left feeling violated and extremely uncomfortable. While the staff were kind, the doctor was incredibly rude and judgemental with all of her questions. When I got undressed for the procedure, I requested privacy (usually this is assumed!) but she refused to leave and made me feel foolish for asking. During the procedure, she seemed incredibly frustrated that I was not “relaxed” as she made aggressive comments and snickered in a way that felt belittling.I’ve never left a Pap test feeling this way before. I hope this clinic speaks with their doctors about abusive behaviour for patients in a vulnerable position. A doctor having a bad day does not justify this kind of behaviour.

I had a great experience at IWHC Toronto. The doctor was very gentle during my Pap test. The counselor that talked to me before the doctor was very nice and professional. The wait is totally worth. Thanks for the amazing services you provide.

Used to be an amazing clinic, became really hard to book an appointment :( please bring back the walk ins, its hard for women to get affordable care, that is also within reach.

It’s been three weeks and I still can’t book an appointment with them. I’m calling during their opening hours but no one picks up the phone. I work the night shift, I stay up an extra 2-3 hours to wait for your clinic to open to ATTEMPT at booking an appointment for a Pap test. Ridiculous, honestly. You get a one star because I can’t go any lower

Can’t even explain how rude and disrespectful every worker is when I call. Today I had an appointment that was supposed to be at 1:30 but never received a call even after an hour my original appointment was supposed to be and almost 30min before they closed. I finally get ahold of this place and the lady who answered the phone was so rude! When I tried to ask what happened to my original appointment she cut me off and put me on hold again. Will definitely be finding a better place to go to.
