We hired Chad to design our septic system on our new acreage. He did a fantastic job of communicating with us to confirm when he would be at site. He was on time and while at site took the time to fully explain what our options were and answer all our questions. He was able to quickly get our design completed as we managed some tight deadlines. This is the first time I’ve ever posted, however I felt compelled to after working with Chad at SOILWORX. We’re in the process of building a house and require a septic field which has fairly tight guidelines. We were referred to Chad for soil testing and septic design - I have to say he was excellent to deal with from start to finish. Not only is he knowledgeable, but also very informative, professional, and transparent. He communicated well and although extremely busy, completed our project on time. Chad was very quick and efficient with assessing our septic field. He was able to explain how it works, how to maintain it and finally about a pump that had malfunctioned.
