I ordered in the drive thru, waited at least 10min at the window, then i payed with debit ,held the machine for 5min until she came back. Then handed me the bag and told me i needed to microwave my soup because she was too busy and didnt have time. I had made her repeat my order before but my sub was still wrong. They should concentrate on serving 1 order at a time and make sure its good.

Got the wrong sub. Poor service people were not helping just standing behind the counter. This place had turned me off of subway.

I can't say anything bad about the service, but twice I ordered crispy onions and got red onions instead. When I called, they told me there's no crispy onions. So why is it on the kiosk? I'll be going inside from now on to make sure my order is correct.

The drive thru now has a kiosk with touch screen so you order your food. It's to ensure accuracy yet they still got it wrong. The food was not edible as it was drowning in mayo and completely wrong. Tried to get order corrected, staff were rude and annoyed that we came inside to tell them it was wrong. Ignored us and we left without the food. Called the store the next day, were out on hold for 27 minutes then hung up on. Awful and won't be back.

First employee was kind and offered to check the back for italian herbs, second guy got upset and started muttering to his colleage in a foreign language making me feel uncomfortable about asking for more than 6 slivers of green pepper and then they proceeded to drown my sub in sauce. For all I know the guy was trying to spite me with this action. Spinach, tomato and pickles were downright terrible in quality and would not order through drivethru for the simple reason that you can't see what produce is bad. Would not recommend and regret having given them another chance

I past in drive true at first no one to take order so i came inside to order will in line the girl making sandwich was making 2 other sandwich for the people in front of me. As she was making sandwich she was rubbing her nose and making sandwich the couple didnt notice but i did i look at the girl and told her to make their sandwich back and change her glove she look at me and said y should i change my glove for .i told her you been wipping your nose the hole time making their sub .she was not to please.the couple look at me and said thank you for noticing the girl name was jena thats the subway a on stanne street.
