Platinum Leaf is a very strong leader in the industry, setting the standard for excellent service. I've been using them for years and they get my highest recommendation. They are a company that you can rely on to consistently get the job done.

I work in an industry that creates a lot of dust that then gets ground into our carpet and laminate flooring. For the first month the cleaners delivered on what the sales people promised. Unfortunately after that point there appears to be a disconnect between what the sales people and managers promise and what the cleaners deliver. The result has been an accumulation of dust and stains on the floors to bring it back to the filthy status is was prior to a chemical deep clean they required" prior to platinum starting with us so they could then maintain that on a daily/weekly basis. Not impressed."

Horrible customer service and even bad contracts. They gave out contracts to sub contractors and make them wait more than 3 months to even get a single penny. Took them 4 months to pay a small contract and everything couldve been avoided if the company had proper communication with staff and their clients. Wouldnt even use their cleaning service and never get their contracts. Not worth your time. Should be an option for zero starUPDATE: replying to the msg below from someone at the company. That doesn’t change the fact you paying me 3 months later whether job was good or not. Your not paying a contractor with quality of work its by job you should know that since you been in business for “30 years” I have contracts and worked for lot of other businesses but never paid me that late and love my work. Your customer terminated your own contract because of your lack of communication . Don’t blame me and other contracts I did in past I left myself not because work was bad. Stop putting false info.

Been getting the cleaning services from Platinum Leaf for a couple months now. The place looks so much better than our previous cleaning company. The Platinum Leaf managers are very helpful and keep a close watch on accounts. would really recommend them.
