Second time using benchmark in the last 5 years ; couldn't imagine going through the process any other way now.We had a ' improvement plus mortgage' , and kept our last house as a rental. Brandon and his team made everything smooth /clear , and got the quotes added to mortgage even when the contractors got huffy about adding details to the quote for the mortgage company to accept.

What can I say other then these guys and gals are awesome. We used them approximately 5 years ago when our circumstances were very different and they worked very hard for us to find a mortgage that would work for us. Then when we needed to renew they again worked so hard, we started off thinking that we were going to wind up with a fairly high rate for our mortgage, however, they waited for us to get closer to our closing date and got us almost a full percent lower then we were originally quoted. All through it they kept us informed so we weren't wondering what was going on.I would highly recommend Benchmark to anyone looking to renew of re-finance their mortgage as we were treated so well by the staff there is was fantastic. Very friendly and communicative.

I'm not sure where to begin as the quality and expert service from Benchmark Mortgages was evident from the first phone call with Ron. Then the rest of the team kicked in making the process simple, supportive and successful. We've never used a mortgage broker before, only the bank system (which in this case didn't have the means to work outside the box and their rigid protocols with net worth/retired customers). Benchmark and our realtor worked as a team and their digital customer portal and staff supported us the entire way! We highly recommend Benchmark!!
