Hands down top-notch shop. Super friendly & very easy to talk to on the phone as well as in person. I highly recommend their service.

I hardly ever write reviews but felt the need in this case because ofterrible service. Took bike in for new tires. Advised them it was a Tubliss system and was told they could do it.They damaged the Tubliss tube while installing the new tires. The Tubliss tube now leaks and won't hold air.Mechanics have washed their hands of it and told me to take take my bike elsewhere. Won't even try to correct their mistake.Brian in sales is a good guy and receptive but I would not trust the mechanics if they can't fix something this simple. So far no refund for damaging a $150 tube that was working fine prior to the new tire installation. Never going back and I wouldn't recommend them.

I had a hard to diagnose issue with my bike, and Greg and Ian really went above and beyond to get to the cause, and get me riding. Greg even offered to drive to Toronto to work on my bike to get me rolling! GT cares about their customers. A pleasure to deal with. I'm happily riding again today.

Stopped in for a quote after being referred by a friend. Having some work done on my Harley Trike. Customer service was great, very friendly and I'm looking forward to getting my service done soon - and riding for the 2021 season!

Awesome guys. We're from out of town and had our back tire blow. Had the bike towed there and the guys went above and beyond to help us on our way. Could not of asked for more from these guys! Thank you so much

Greg is the only wrench that works on my bike. I've been taking it to him since new.He's always available for questions, and gives you all the options for your repair or upgrade.Parts department can get you almost anything you need for your bike, and they have a nice selection of accessories in-store.

Couldn't be happier with the fellas and the work they do at GTBought my later model fxr in for bars, front end rebuild and a few other small fixes. They did an amazing job, price was more then fair and they had everything in stock. Great atmosphere, lots of bikes and parts to look at. The best bike shop in grey/bruce by far, possibly even Ontario

Greg is an amazing owner and machanic who stand behind his work and his prices for his service is awesome. Brian I'm going to say the 'shop manager' has exceptional customer service and is very genuine and all around rad. #1 choice for any work!

Great knowledge fast friendly service. Only fix whats needed. Very pleased with them. I live in London and still take it to Shallow lake. Great excuse to head up to the cottage
