They mangled two hats before acknowledging that the embroidery was not working well. (And then embroidered 3 of the items 6 okay")I purchased 2 caps

We had 5 hates customized and 2 of those where scraped because of mistakes. The employee just shrugged And refunded the stitching but nothing else. Very disappointed

Very cool how you can customize your hat. They're fairly expensive but great quality. Very nice staff as well

Jalen was so knowledgeable about what he had is stock and embroidery was awesome with a glow in the dark option for my son.He did two hats in 15 minutes with a few others ahead of me in the store. Much better than other Lids. It's not my hometown but I will be back!
