I needed to get a bathroom electric baseboard heater working. I called Gregg Electric on Wednesday and on Friday morning the electrician was at my door! He was very courteous and got to the task at hand. Turns out a previous contractor had wired up the heater all wrong but this electrician figured it out and corrected it. It took him one hour from arrival to departure. So, excellent service for sure. And the cost for this service was very reasonable. I'll call this company again if need be and have told two friends about Gregg Electric already.

I found them on a search and called. They asked all the right questions and sent the tech, he came and had it figured out quickly. Re- wired the fault and was so professional. And the price wasn't bad at all. Kudos to Cindy, and Dan the tech. Cindy was the best at troubleshooting and co-ordinating for the tech to show up with everything he needed. And the tech Dan was friendly and fast to locate the short. And took the time to repair it properly. Checking that every detail was attended to. Cleaning up and reinstalling everything and everywhere. I totally recommend this business if you need to get the power on fast and not go broke.

Gregory Electric, did over $500 of damage to my house which I had to repair at my costs, and then 6 days later the lights went out completely. I called them twice and no return phone call to come repair his work. I called another company and then spent another $300 repairing Gregory's faulty work. Still have not received a return call from them.

Gregg Electric were fantastic! Cyndi (in the office) assured us that we would have power in the same day. She called to tell us the crew was on the way, called the emergency number at hydro to reconnect our power from the pole, and checked with us to ensure hydro had shown up! The Gregg electricians were friendly and efficient, not to mention their rapid response. We would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends as needed. We did a diy switch and outlet upgrade throughout the whole house. It was trouble free until the last room…the kitchen. The breaker kept tripping and we couldn’t find the trouble. After losing a nights sleep we finally called Gregg Electric for help. They were here within 24 hours, solved the problem and installed remaining 3-way switches in approx 1 hour. We’ve always done our own home maintenance and have rarely needed to call for expert professional help. But, so pleased with the service! Such a positive experience!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had two sets of big jobs to do over 9 months. The 1st job was done fairly quickly and even with all the extra's we added in last minute, they took care of for us. The 2nd job, Gregg electric took care of dealing with BC Hydro and laying out the non-electrical work we needed to do on our end so they could do their job. They always took our calls and explained each step along the way. Cindi, office Manger, was always available and great to deal with. Highly recommend Gregg Electric!
