In a word - Fantastic! I was shopping for an RTV-520 side-by-side and emailed all the Kubota dealers in the area. General manager Evan replied to my inquiry very quickly, we had a friendly chat on the phone, and he prepared a quote for me by the next day - before any of the other dealers even responded to my inquiry at all. I had pretty much already decided to go with Camrose Dynamic just from my conversation with Evan but after seeing the very attractive price he quoted it was a done deal. There was a bit of a wait for the machine (COVID related supply delays) during which I had a few more email exchanges with Evan, including some impatient is it here yet?" emails LOL. Every one got a super quick response. When the unit finally arrived and I went to pick it up I got to meet Evan and a couple of the other staff and the friendly helpful attitude was even more apparent in person. 5 minutes of paperwork and we were loading the machine up - quick and easy. I had the foresight to bring a couple boxes of donuts as a thank-you and I'm glad I did - they were very well earned."

I recently bought an LX3301 tractor and a bunch of implements. The staff were great to deal with and I never felt that I was being pressured into buying anything or being upsold on the implements. My salesman Evan did a great job of sourcing and pricing everything and then delivered all of it right to my house. Pre-delivery installation of the loader, third function valve, lawn mower and box blade was excellent. We did a full inspection and walk down of the tractor and implements on delivery with Evan, and discussed features of the tractor and implements that may not have been obvious. Another good point was that I was waiting on a ballast box that was back-ordered and expected to pick it up myself this spring. I got a call from Evan on March 8th saying he was going to be in my area and would drop off the ballast box as well. That is GREAT service!

Great experience at Camrose Dynamic. Our salesman Nicholas was amazing...took us to the farm where the tractor we were interested in was out on loan. I called around looking for a 95-2 , ended up talking to Evan for awhile about them. He let me know the 97-2 were coming in a month. I said put my name on it ! They had everything ready for me and the service was excellent!

Helpful, friendly people. Usually have the parts I need, if not, it is only a day away. Only thing bad is corporate increased prices of blades for mower deck by over 40%. Not their fault but 40 %!

My husband and I recently bought a L2501 Tractor from Xtreme Equipment Camrose-Kubota and had a great experience with Evan, our salesperson. We needed the tractor very quickly and he worked late to make it happen in our timeframe. He was very responsive, easy to deal with and relate to, making the transaction very pleasant. What impressed us most though was how they handled a challenge after delivery (which really was no ones fault). A lot of dealers would have just ignored or delayed until we went away but that was not the case. They worked hard to rectify the situation until we were happy. I would recommend Evan and Kubota without fail and will certainly return to them for our future needs.
