I had the best time at this location the people were all smiles and so sweet the drinks were out of this world very delish I recommend. The new cookies are sooo good I will for sure be coming back thank timmies for the great experience

Today in the afternoon, I ordered BBQ crispy chicken bowl. But they served almost half the quantity compared to other tim hortons locations.

5 cars ahead of me in drive thru and I'm waiting 25-30 minutes... Ordered breakfast sandwiches and then paid. 5 minutes LATER they let me know they didn't have any and I had to pick something else.Coffee never tastes right from here. I have ordered French Vanillas, coffees and more from this location and am always disappointed.Don't go inside unless you enjoy listening to a blaring alarm that is supposed to alert the employees that they're taking too long to complete a drive thru order.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to!! Unfortunately it is the closest to where I live. Always getting orders wrong, I’m not exaggerating when I say every time. Basically throwing food and debit machine at you to get you through the drive through, food sloppily thrown together. I thought I would give it another chance since the renovations but clearly nothing has changed. Never going back to this location.

Horrible service they don't understand our order when we repeatedly said it 6 times she still got the order wrong, charged us to much money then had to refund us. Told us multiple times to move to the parking lot when there was nobody behind us. Tried to argue with us and said we told them the wrong order and it was our fault. Horrible staff, Horrible service. Don't stop here even if its convenient. Worth driving to another location. Please save yourself the trouble.

I had the most rudest and worst service at this location on Saturday May 27/23. I ordered a wrap and some potato wedges. The potato wedges were cold, stale and hard. I asked if they could make me new ones. They refused. Numerous other customers agreed with me that the wedges I was given looked like they were made the night before. The employees were not helpful. Wouldn't make new wedges and wouldn't refund my money.Thanks for nothing Tim Hortons! I wish I could leave zero stars because this location doesn't deserve any!

There is a lady who doesn’t know what Tim bits is, or donuts and this is literally Tim Hortons…. My poor man goes every once in a while to try and get me goodies, it’s been a few times now, he’s asking for a simple box of Tim bits or box of donuts and she can’t understand. He tries to repeat him self multiple times (English as his first and only language, no accent of any kind) yet she still can’t figure it out. This is now the second time he has come home extremely frustrated and left with nothing. If you are going to work at Tim Hortons you should know what TIM bits are and donuts… I get we have all walks of life in Canada and accept everyone, but you should also be able to speak English when working the speakerphone on drive through.

The worst tim Hortons in the morning it's ridiculous...15mins wait every morning for a single coffee ....the world's slowest workers are here. I don't understand why it takes so long to make a coffee...I could make one at home faster than the drive thru here

Can't tell which Tim's I'm being asked to review, but it doesn't matter... both Aldergrove locations are a joke. Always out of stock. Lefeuvre location told me more herb and garlic pastries would be ready in about 40 minutes. Called 45 mins later... she had lied... a new batch was NOT made and was not going to be made; they were still out. Also, took my order, gave me the drink portion, then served the customer behind me. A minute after the other person had left, she looked at me and walked away. A minute after that, she strolled over to put together my food order. I used to love Tim's. Totally done with them now. (& FB community group says 264th one is filthy inside.) 1 star on everything because they are liars.
