TL;DR: Good Service, owner pretty helpful and responsive and I guess this the ONLY place in Vancouver you could do FBI electric submission.Longer version: I have trouble rolling my finger for FD-258 by myself and I asked a lot of places in Vancouver they either can only do ink or active scan. I was surprised that this place claims that they can do electronic submission since in the FBI website it says the channeler can’t do the fingerprint non US citizen/PR. However, IRCC Operational Bulletin 653 – July 4, 2018 says now Canada is able to submit electrically. I am not sure how it is written on the U.S side.This place uses TRP associates’s service, which is an FBI approved channeler. I got the result surprisingly fast, only a few hours after the fingerprint. The price is kind of expensive though, it costs 180. But it saves a lot of time!

I needed an FBI identity history summary check as part of my permanent residency application. Initially, I went to the UPS store in Blaine to get my fingerprints scanned through PrintScan. My prints were rejected, so I scrambled to find an alternative. Luckily, I found this company and was able to get an appointment for the same day. I received the required document within 30 minutes of leaving their office, and I am very satisfied and relieved to finally have it. Thank you very much for your efficiency and kindness. Life saver.

Very fast and through with service. The office is Suite #830 on the 8th floor of Rogers Building at 470 Granville Street by Granville St and Dunsmuir St. The nearest Expo line station is Granville and Canada Line station is Waterfront.
