Really disappointed by them. I had these installed on my Porsche Cayman and they worked great. Prevented my rims from getting curb rash.Bought a Mercedes GLA with 20” wheels so I had the installed for the same purpose by a certified Alloygator installer. Within a few days, the front one on the Drivers side started coming off the rim. Went to the place that installed them and they fixed it. A few hours later, both of the front ones (drivers and passengers ) started coming off. I had someone stop me concerned that my tires were warped. I had to explain that the tires were fine, it was the rim protectors coming off the rim. Took front ones off for good today. I cannot keep going to get them fixed every other day. It is also a safety hazard if they fall off while driving on the highway. The elapsed time from when I had them installed to when I had them removed is 5 days. The ones on the rear tires seem fine.I did call Alloygator and they told me it was either the installation was not done correctly or the Alloygators are not compatible with the fitment of my car. Again, very disappointing. Spent $300 which I am not getting refunded (installation and purchase).

The product came with a glue but it was unusable because the glue had already solidified. I called the service department but it automatically went to their voice msg system. I left a message but did not hear back from them. So I had to run to Canadian Tires to buy the glue which costed me another $10. This was frustrating as I had to stop everything in the middle of the installation. Other than this, there is nothing wrong with the product and looks durable.Update after few months:I promoted it to 4-stars because the product is solid. I bumped into curbs several times but this thing sure protects my rim!

Scott A. from Alloygator Canada reached out after someone fixed my tire but didn't install the Gator properly and it came out doing a bit of damage.Scott replaced all the Gators complementary and with the newer version. Real, Really great guy - great service!
