Costco Wholesale

We always do our household shopping at Costco and we decided to get some food to eat from the food court .we ordered a polish sausage and 10 wings and it took atleast 35 minutes to get my order which I have no complaints about but the only thing would be better is that Costco should have a microphone and speaker so that the lady calling out the orders shouldn’t have to loose her voice shouting out the orders .Please Costco help your employees with that .

We recommend Costco for its excellent beef. You can buy a whole tenderloin and butcher yourself at home and save a lot of money.

I usually don’t complain about customer service but I was just in Costco with my family and the cashier with the leopard print shirt refused to let me put my items on the belt because my partner had ran to grab laundry pods. He was literally back a minute later.I was a bit taken aback and said “seriously you’re going to refuse to serve me because someone ran to grab something we forgot?”. I left the empty line up and watched as her and her packer whispered to each other and laughed. It was a bit humiliating and I’ve never actually been denied lining up and putting my items on the belt. Very upsetting display of customer service as we have been Costco members for years.

Hardly go shopping here since it’s overwhelming, but i was so happy with the service i received from the self checkout lady named Andrea. Very kind, patient, and helpful! The parking lot was also incredibly clean! Also can’t forget the $1.50 hotdogs! Amazing place!

I'm an executive member and I spend a ton of money here and it disgusts me how rude employees were to an instacart worker just now. Telling her she needs to get her own boxes from the back next time. That's insane to me as she's shopping for customers. Will never go here again.

Everything is so well organized and easy to find at this Costco. The staff are always friendly and kind. Line ups are long, but usually go quick. Pretty sure every Costco is like that, though!

Love shopping at Costco. They have great selections, and there are times they sell unique items. I love their seasonal decors to make those days special. They bring in road shows of products that are priced more affordable than buying in shops too online. I love that they have food and drink sampling. It's so worth having a membership.

Bought flowers, one of the staff at the flower stall told me to put my hydrangeas in very hot water. This is what happens when you put hydrangeas in very hot water hahaha (they were robins egg blue)

This is one of the better Cosco Stores on the Southside. It is clean, organized, and well stocked. Their food is fresh and delicious.The only complaint would be the check out staff. They are sloppy when handing the supplies you just purchased. They don't seem to appreciate that you just spent hundreds of dollars and don't want it ruined, squished, or thrown in your cart.I appreciate their busy, but that is no excuse to have little respect for the consumer.I've come home with a hole in my sugar or my frozen fruit completely squashed under a product that weighs 20x more sitting on top. I've had them not even pack my things and hand me my bags back.Recently, they packed all the heavy supplies in one box/bag and all the light stuff in another. How about putting some light stuff on top of the heavier stuff, like they do in grocery stores. So when you have to carry it to your car and then to your house, you don't hurt 22 equipment ayour back or drop it
