I am very,please with this, company, person who answered the phone was amazing. My techWas on time.job was done on time. I usually dont give reviews.But, KAS PROS APPLIANCE. keep on the good job.Had Range Hood installed.

Thank you for the quick and professional service. After hours response was very quick. I appreciate the online chat. The chat is optimal! The technician was very friendly and prompt. He fixed our fridge waterline connection.

We hired Kas pros to install our built-in dishwasher and due to a sloppy install job, our dishwasher was permanently scratched before we even had a chance to use it.One of the screws was not installed properly which caused it scrape against the top panel when opening the door. In hindsight, we should have checked this before the technician left but because we didn’t, we immediately called the company to let them know the issue. We simply requested a refund for the installation cost ($260) which is fair considering they damaged a $1400+ dishwasher.They were not at all helpful and made various excuses as to how it was our fault, including accusing us of lying and not knowing how to open a dishwasher door. They said they would call us back with an update but it has now been 3 days and we haven’t heard a word from them. Overall, I do not recommend hiring this company unless you’re okay with having your brand new appliances damaged and having them take zero accountability for it.

The technician showed up on short notice. Very professional, helped to clean up, and helped to take the old one downstairs. I love how my microwave oven installation turned out. Highly recommended.

I am super impressed with this company's professionalism, and work ethic! They showed up on time and got to work! They tested our dishwasher before they left to make sure it was working properly and didn't leave until they were comfortable with its performance. They cleaned up very nicely before leaving. Very good experience, I highly recommend everyone to work with them
