Dr. Kassir is a phenomenal family physician. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She always ensures that all of my concerns are addressed and that I leave the office with a treatment plan and follow up in place. She takes all the time that is needed and her level of patient-centered care is unmatched. I could not recommend her more, especially to young girls/women as she is very sensitive to vulnerable topics and procedures.

Really great place. Everyone is super friendly and we love going here. They never have a problem with scheduling appointments or answering questions and the doctors are really great we have seen Dr.Hazem and Dr.Noor and they are both more than qualified, very friendly and helpful.

If you contact them by email they will reply in caps lock berating you for even thinking of daring to contact them by email. After having two separate appointments there I asked for documentation which said my procedure was medically necessary so I could claim it through insurance. Everything requires you to take time out of your day to go for additional appointments, they are an appointment factory. The doctor I saw was fine.

So pleased to have found this clinic. I had a terrible infection that was spreading fast and had me in a panic. It started the size of a nickel and over 4 weeks grew to cover my entire hand. Previous Dr's gave me antibiotics & creams which actually made it worse. After admitting they had no idea they referred me to the Dermatologist at this clinic.I had to wait about 5 minutes in a clean and comfortable facility, after which I received a very thorough examination and had all my questions answered to my satisfaction. I didn't feel like I was being rushed or anything.I felt a lot better after the initial visit, and amazingly had the infection start healing within a couple days of starting the new meds. My follow up appointments were just as positive.Hopefully I don't need medical attention anytime soon, but I'm happy to know these Doctors will be there if I ever need care again.Also, the pharmacy inside is very convenient and filled my scripts quickly. Parking was convenient right out front, steps away from their front door.I did have a mask on, unlike some of the negative reviews (which I did read before coming and was anticipating to deal with), but did not find any of these issues to exist within my experiences. No complaints about bedside manner but when I need a Dr I prioritize the BEST TREATMENT, over being coddled.I highly recommend this clinic and team of Doctors and will be exploring the possibility of transferring all my medical requirements to this clinic.

I am putting in review with reference to Dr Espiari. I do not live in Ontario but I had the absolute pleasure of being Dr Espiari’s patient when he was a family doctor in Glovertown Newfoundland. People are extremely blessed to be able to have him as their Doctor. He is so caring, thorough and you can be having the worst possible day but after being around Dr Espiari, his personality and caring attitude left you with that pep in your step. I was so upset when I found out he was leaving to go to Ontario and myself along with my husband MISS him tremendously. It is VERY hard to replace him.

The receptionist was very friendly and efficient at checking me in for my appointment. The offices were extremely clean and nicely decorated making it a very comfortable and positive experience. I did have to wait even though I had an appointment, but the doctor apologized and assured me it would not happen on future visits. My appointment was with the dermatologist Dr Thuryayi. I felt I was in good hands. He was very patient and gave me all his attention and addressed my concerns in a professional, informative manner. The staff I encountered were polite and friendly.

I would like to personally thank Dr.Alhamzawi,Hazim for his professional treatment and care. Also Front desk staff they are doing an excellent job for the last five years I Truly witnessed a very successful professional health service.

I came in with a simple ear infection needing antibiotic treatment and left after being reprimanded, and interogated as to why I didnt come in sooner. My infection started Saturday evening, they were closed on Sunday so I went in Monday. I was also told that I'm going to be Referred to an ENT, which again I was questioned about despite it being in my chart that I was born with mild hearing loss. Also, after telling the Doctor (if you can call him one) I've had several ear infections over the course of my life and I know the treatment protocol like the back of my hand, he STILL chooses to ignore me and further tell me that I might need surgery. Don't go here whatever you do.

This is a touchless" clinic. I guess the doctors who work there see no value in doing a physical exam. It may be they're still diligently following the 6 feet physical distancing rule! I have seen 3 different physicians at this clinic at different occasions for different physical ailments and none bothered to examine me. The clinic is also very averse to give in-person appointments and really pushes for phone appointments instead

This is an amazing clinic. It is so hard to find a personal doctor these days. Dr. Kassir is a new graduate, however, her youth does not affect her wisdom. She is very thorough, responsive, makes you feel like no question is a stupid question, kind, open, etc. I am a young girl myself, and this is my first female doctor. It was really important to establish a good relationship with my doctor, and Dr. Kassir is very comforting and compassionate.The secretaries are also always polite, and the clinic is kept clean and neat. Highly recommend switching your medical care to here.
