Neat store with some cool brands and products, however, the US stores/site have a lot more available. It is somewhat false advertising, unless you specifically know that the Canadian and US Zumiez brand stores are pretty different. The customer service in the store was fantastic. Finding larger sizes, XL and up, for my husband was proving quite difficult in most options. Definitely appealing to passerby traffic.

Spoke to Scott, amazing guy him and his team help my nephew set up his first skateboard and was really nice and helpful from the begaining, super encouraging and will continue to drive from Brampton to come see him. Thanks again Scott, your customer service is on point bud!

The crew here seem to be really passionate about the life of skateboarding and long boarding, very well informative about the quality and explained how to control a board, as someone who is looking into long boarding and having it explained as something similar to snowboarding, it makes sense! Ill defiantly come back and check things out again, gave me a strong push to getting one!

Great selection..However, I don't care how trendy or cool you think you are. I walk inside and it's a white male associate working and there is loud music blasting the n*****" word through the speakers. I took my child and got the heck out of there."

Went in looking for a few apparel that I wanted, asked one of the staff and I swear to goodness she was amazing! She knew where they were, search through to find it for me. One of the clothing wasn't there unfortunately but she went above and beyond and showed me more options within the same brand I wanted. She even went on computer and told me that they can get it online free shipping and I can pick it. She super sweet, burst of energy and I highly recommend going here.

I had the pleasure of having my interaction with Chelsey at Zumiez. She was beyond helpful with my daughter and all her skateboard needs. It was very much appreciated. She went above and beyond helping us. If more sales associates were professional like Chelsey I’d be broke.
