Hedgewood is an excellent dental office. They always go above and beyond to make dental visits as comfortable as possible. Dr. Z, Janelle and Patricia all work as an streamlined team to make the entire process of the dental visit as smooth as can be. From booking, to the welcoming to the office, to the actual dental work itself — all is top notch in my experience!

Our family has benefited from the care and support of Hedgewood House Dental since inception. They have always provided wonderful service to meet our unique needs - ranging from young children visiting the dentist to having a root canal for the first time! I have had nothing but positive experiences at Hedgewood, from the front office staff, to the assistants and hygienists and the dentists they are all extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. It's also a great bonus that they do direct billing and have available parking. Would highly recommend.

This is an amazingly welcoming and thorough dentist office. I've never had a dentist spend so much time with me explaining the results of the exam and proposed next steps. I feel very well cared for, and this was my first visit!

Superb! I want to preface this review by saying I have seen quite a few dentists in my lifetime. I have always hated dentist appointments & usually dread the thought of having to go to the dentist for ANYTHING.Hedgewood was great! The office is spotlessly clean, the beautiful bay window gives the waiting room such a welcoming feel, and the staff was so delightful.Today I had the most pleasant dental appointment I’ve had in my ENTIRE LIFE. The hygienist educated me along the way, explaining the procedures and reasoning behind them. She was gentle, efficient & totally relatable! At the end of my appointment they even gave me a gift which made my day.I cannot say enough about Hedgewood House Dental! They even top up the coverage from Queen’s so my appointment didn’t cost me a penny. I highly recommend anyone in the Kingston area looking for a dentist to check them out.

I’m new to Kingston and was looking for a new dentist so I can keep up on cleanings while I’m in school. They fit me in really quickly, everyone in the office was really pleasant, and the dentist was really thorough in the exam. As a new client I received a really nice gift bag of dental hygiene products. The office and exam rooms looked well cleaned. Overall it was a really good experience!

My overall experience as a first-time visitor at Hedgewood was excellent. I did a complete oral examination which included X-rays and oral check-ups.The environment is neat, warm, and minimalistic, and the facilities are in good condition. There are individual rooms for different dental services so that clients can enjoy the comfort of privacy. The staff is welcoming and helpful, especially Stephanie, who helped me prioritize dental treatments under my insurance coverage.I enjoyed the student discount and was surprised upon receiving a gift bag after my oral check-up— it included an electric toothbrush, a water bottle, dental floss, and a lip balm! Every client who completes the same check-up gets a gift bag :)I find the service relatively affordable given the quality of the facility, the service, and the added student discount.
