The shop is at the entrance of Bonnie Doon Mall which is a bit different to the exact location. I think they have moved recently.The service was really good and quick. You can either buy brand new cartridge or you can get your older one refilled within few minutes. Refilling is way more cheaper compared to the bran new cartridges. And its hard to find a difference in the refilled cartridges and new cartridge when you print. Therefore, I prefer refilling is the best option.

Used this company for years without problems. Now we've been charged for an order that was never received. We've tried for over a week to contact them via phone (no answer!) and by 2 email addresses, plus their online contact form. No response. Finally had to contact our credit card company to have them charge back the purchase amount. Very disappointed

Product is very good, but there is no customer service or support. Had to track down the owner to get half of it shipped. Did ultimately receive the full order 3 weeks late.

I have known the owner for over 20 years. He is a good person with a huge heart. Yes he runs a business and making money is a priority for him.That said he operates with integrity and is fair work all his patrons. I have been in line before and watched his personal interactions with clients and they are all treated with CLASS.Keep doing what your doing and you will keep getting what your getting.. I came in with an odd request and aftermarket ink cartridges to get refilled with all black ink. Miche was able to quickly and kindly help me with my requested. Great pricing and very efficient service.

Had my black ink cartridge refilled, the service was quick and they let you know of the price beforehand. Did not know of this refill place in the city, no more buying expensive ink cartridges at the store. Printer operates normally, can't tell the difference between this refill and store bought ink when printing.
