Parusia is fantastic! She can fit me in last minute if needed and really genuinely cares about her patients. I’ve gone through an insane amount of doctors due to reoccurring digestive issues and have always been told ‘it’s stress related and IBS’. Parusia really Listens to your concerns, symptoms, etc.I’d much rather come see her than any GP in Winnipeg

I saw Parusia to help treat the infection from a subdermal hematoma in my big toe which got crushed a few weeks earlier. Her excellent desire to help me and demeanor was nothing short of exemplary customer care! My infection cleared up and pain subsided thanks to her assistance.My only regret was not seeing Parusia when the incident first happened due to my ignorance thinking that only one of the urgent care services could be used to treat the injury.Highly recommended attentive and caring treatment from Parusia!

I cannot say enough good things about Parusia Purohit. I first met her about 4 years ago when she worked at the Dakota Quick Care. My son was misdiagnosed by two different doctors with bacterial pneumonia and asthma. After he was getting progressively worse, I decided to take him to the Quick Care where Parusia saw him for the first time. Her first response when seeing him was ‘I think there is something else going on’. She suspected a fungal infection. She felt it prudent for us to go to emergency and took the time to detail the tests the doctors should do to confirm what she suspected. We went a total of 4 times before the emergency doctors and even the Lung Specialist would do the tests she recommended. Finally St. Boniface Hospital did the test and immediately confirmed he had a fungal infection called Blastomycosis. The antibiotics originally prescribed was actually working against him. Even the Specialist when asked if it could be fungal as that is what Parusia was suspecting, flat out replied ‘there is no way it could be fungal’. Without Parusia’s persistence to get to the real issue, my son would not be with us today.We are currently seeing Parusia in her own private clinic for my husband. Again, being misdiagnosed with asthma by his regular doctor, she has been the catalyst of discovering two major life threatening diseases which have been masked by the steroid prescribed for his asthma. Oddly enough, her first response when first seeing him for bruising on his forearms was ‘I don’t think you have asthma’. Turns out he has a genetic heart disease and a cortisol deficiency which have similar symptoms to asthma. Again, if it were not for her persistence and caring nature to get to the bottom of what’s going on, my husband would likely not be here today as well.Throughout both of these situations, we have had constant communication, emails and phone calls to follow up to know how they are feeling.We cannot say enough about having our own personal physician in our corner. Even when traveling in places such as Mexico or Hawaii, she has been in constant contact. This type of personal service in today’s medical world is rarely found.

After going to three different doctors and feeling very frustrated with their practice, I finally found Parusia. I only have words of thanks and appreciation for her. Now I feel calm and sure that I am in the hands of a professional who takes time and good care of my family's health and my own health.

I called to see if I could get in on a Saturday morning and was given an appt that morning. I didn’t have to wait hours in a room full of sick people and had my needs met in a pleasant, friendly and caring environment! I would recommend this clinic for sure!

While the warmth of Practitioner Purohit is nice to experience she is repeatedly extensively late for her appointments - 20 minutes plus on the 4 occasions we went to see her. Considering we have to pay for appointments out of our own pocket you would think she would either plan time slots to account for the fact she tends to go over or be far more diligent about her time use.

I am so delighted that one of the best Healthcare professionals in the city has opened her own clinic! Parusia is incredibly thorough. You are not a problem to get rid of for her; you are a person who deserves to live the healthiest life you can, and she will help you get there. I am especially grateful that she realized I had had a health problem misdiagnosed by a different doctor, and was able to treat me effectively. I can't recommend her enough.The clinic is bright, clean, and has an attached pharmacy, which is very convenient.
