He prepared and served the eviction notice, filed the application with the Landlord and Tenant Board, and represented me at the hearing. Really unprofessional service and if you are on a time crunch, I would not recommend Justice Matters. The first call was turned down saying they are really busy, which is okay. I called the next week again. I got the free consultation which was very informative (a 30 minutes call). Furaz told me he is going to send me the retainer when I send him the required details. I sent him details next day and its been 3 weeks now that I have been following up with him, both on texts and calls. Texts, he doesn't respond to and those calls that he picks up he just reassures that he is sending the contract right away. I asked him that if you are busy then just say that, I will find another paralegal firm, no response. Utter waste of time and poor customer service.
