Drive-through was fast. Service was very friendly. Food was not good at all. Quarter pounder was made from frozen beef, and fries were cooked in very old oil. Coke came with a paper straw, which never works well. If you’re not going to use plastic straws, I understand and think that’s fine. But provide a cup with a lid for drinking out of, like a coffee cup, instead of one that requires use of a paper straw.

No sauces in happy meals, no straws, bags packed terribly- burgers sideways, poutines left opened, Wrong orders, missing items. Service is hit or miss depending on management and most days it’s below average service. No one answers the phone.

3 times they messed up my food. I ordered double hamburgers plain, and we had to go back twice to get it fixed cause the order was completely wrong

The experience was not terrible but quite poor in comparison to other McDonald’s.~ Cold product and slow service~I ordered two junior chickens and a large fry. I was asked to pull from the drive-thru to a waiting spot, where waited for at least 9 minutes. (After I felt it was taking an unusually long time I decided to track the time)When I got the product, the fries were not only cold but chewy. I suspect they were taken out from the warmer early on.Revisit at a later date: Service was faster and the food was warm. Overall a good experience.Update 2: Services continues to be standard reliable McDonalds service. There only ever seems to be service issues during the evening/night. Upgraded to 4 starts from 2

Drive through says that they are open 24/7 but this is not true for some days.Everything you would expect from a McDonald’s.Love their new renovations and their high speed wifi I was able to do exactly what I needed on it. We got exactly what we ordered in a prompt time.Would recommend their apple pies they are delicious!

Went thru drive thru tonight. Expected a nice hot McChicken sandwich when I got home, Nope!!!! I got a salad on buns with a light dusting of McChicken sauce for dressing. I called and they made things right. Thanks for keeping things interesting, Fort Frances McDonalds!!
