This shoe repair shop is the best! I have been taking my good shoes here since it opened. The owner is very pleasant and the quotes are honest ,prices are good and all done on time. I have also had leather bags refinished and brought back to life.There is a great selection of good polish and laces and insoles. This is the only shoe repair store for me!!

I've used West 57th Shoe Repair often over the last few years. I've been very happy with their work, and they are really nice folks. Their prices are straight forward and the job is always ready on time! I recommend them! I try to prevent wear on my favourite shoes as much as possible. It's not easy finding new shoes, so it makes good sense to me.
