Frauds. Long story short they are scammers. There employees and managers have no answers to my questions. Npw they are running away.

JLR Metro West is the ultimate. From the car being wrapped in a red sheet at the handover to my new car, to the little gifts I received on pick up. Every time I visit or contact this dealer, the customer service and professionalism if highly exceeding expectations. Sufian has always been very helpful with my servicing needs and I appreciate kindness and effort he always provides.Long time customer in the making, especially if Jag continues to make sporty desirable cars.Highly Recommenable.

I own all high end cars and I decide which will be my next car based on my service department. It has been the worst experience they treat you with total disrespect. I wonder if the owners will take action because I was intending to buy the Range rover sport but having second thoughts.

They used to be good. Purchased my car from them. But recently their customer service has been in the dumps. I was having car issues so left a message over the weekend hoping for a call back on Monday. I also left a message with my usual advisor on Monday morning requesting a call back. Still nothing from both as of Wednesday. They did my regular maintenance update in May...stated that all checks were good. But 1 week ago coolant engine light came on. So checked and it was low, put more in. Got a pressure check done and came back with no issues. Car did not start next day so that is when I called dealership over the weekend. Since they did not answer the phone or call me back - got a hold of Budds in Oakville, got my car in. They came back with engine filter blocked, no coolant leak, update systems, rear brakes low, tire sidewalls bad so require replacement. So how can a Metro West miss all this. I am still confused about the coolant as to why it was low but Budd assures there is no leak. I can only assume MetroWest messed up.somewhere and is the reason they do not want to call me back. Very disappointed with this dealership. They also never checked my Engine Filter which was completely clogged and was making it harder for my car to start. Isn't that something that should be checked on every service.

Worst Dealership to do any warranty claim or Service at. The service adviser Micheal Hwozdyk, he discriminated and was racist. He kept trying to avoid me having to get the work done on the car through my valid warranty. In fact I called head office and told them all the issues and extra cost he was telling me to pay (over $500). They sent me to another location which actually helped me a lot and put everything through my valid warranty.I will advise you never to go to this location or to deal with Micheal as he will deny any issues your having. Then call you and tell you it’s more money out of your pocket so this way he can make his commission. He also has no idea about the car problems, not sure why someone has put him in this position.

Excellent experience with Jaguar Metro West. From the initial contact with Braydan Purdy, through the professional experience on the finance side with Giancarlo Panetta, the entire team were excellent. It was difficult to coordinate a long distance trade and purchase during this COVID period but the attention to detail and communication was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed the delivery process and appreciated the personal touch of everyone at this dealership. If you’re looking for a Jaguar or Land Rover don’t bother looking elsewhere.
