Barb Lagasse is so talented at bringing a room, or should I say a whole house, together with ease and spot on!Not only is Barb amazing, everyone we worked with was great - Hillary, Matt, Nathalie & more names I do not know.It's nice to know that you have such a great team of people representing your company and servicing customers the way you would want them too.My husband and I had so much fun working with ML and I really wanted you to know.

We just built our new home 2020. It's been almost totally furnished with their furniture. The staff are wonderful. They took the time to talk to us to see if the pieces would work. I loved that if they felt a piece wouldn't match they would tell us. Every-time we go we are met with big smiles. All our deliveries were on time. The fellows that brought our furniture would go out of their way. Placing it in the right spot. I can tell you ever single staff member have been a pleasure to work with. Thanks Patty and Rob Watson

After driving up and very excited to be able to purchase a new patio furniture set we parked our car and followed the sign to the left of the building. After we walked into the outdoor showroom a young women came up on us and told us to leave if we don't have a mask. We walked around the front back to the main entrance and noticed the signs that read only one person in the store and only with masks. No masks were available. I mean we come up as a family to see their new collection. It would have been nice if they had masks available and were a little more accomodating and friendly. Especially at their price range.

Not impressed with all the pale,expensive furniture...no colour anywhere and the prices were ridiculous

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store and its staff; the customer service is phenomenal!Over the last two weeks, I have been dealing with Barb; the service that I received from her exceeded my expectations as she truly went above and beyond for me. Moreover, my experience with the store's delivery service was exceptional. Thank you, Barbara!

We passed by Muskoka Lining interiors last time we were visiting the area. Beautiful furniture and accessories for the home. If you are price conscious I would recommend going when they have a warehouse sale. Their prices are typically more than a regular home store, closer to Restoration hardware if you want to compare. Quality and style are top notch. Staff/service also top notch. Highly recommended if you have the budget.

This is definitely one of the best stores in Canada for getting some of the best furniture for your home or home away from home. The service we received was excellent and as they say you get what you pay for". This isn't a if you have to ask....but it's close. You're not shopping here for plastic muskoka chairs."

I was in the area and was so excited to stop by Muskoka Living. Oh boy was I disappointed. What happened to the Muskoka Living accessories and decor?? They are now primarily an over priced furniture store. Coaches are primarily creams and whites which really doesn't make sense for our cottage with kids and dog. So, so disappointed with the change in merchandise, I really miss the old store.

Absolutely a horrible place to shop!! Their “new model” is that they won’t sell anything off the floor even if there are multiples. They can’t find things in their warehouse. And now today is unboxing day so you can’t buy anything again today. How can a high end boutique shop refuse to sell things to customers will to pay incredibly inflated prices. I’ve spent thousands of dollars there over the years and this year has been an absolute nightmare to deal with them. They are more worried about the showroom looking perfect then selling anything. And if you ask to speak to the owner they say they will call you but never do. Horrible !!

I don’t write bad reviews unless I’m really upset. This review is a fair warning to prospective customers. I’ve never in my life experienced such a lack of regard for customer satisfaction from any company - let alone a very high-end furniture store. We had a dining table custom-made for a client by Muskoka Living - and it's been one problem after another. Everything was great until the table was delivered – the Muskoka Living showroom is just stunning, the display furniture pieces look really beautiful, the staff seems friendly and helpful, and the table itself that we had custom-made looks gorgeous. However, the first time the table was used, the client noticed that it absorbed food spills like a sponge. Then it started developing cracks around the edges - which is understandable in extreme heat or cold or after a year or so but this was within weeks in a perfectly temperature-controlled home. Then a guest put down a wine glass on the table, without a coaster, and left a huge red stain which could not be removed (I've attached a photo). Our client was, understandably livid. The table was very expensive - and our client has to cover it with a waterproof tablecloth to use it! Also, it had a gouge in it that our client believed was there when the table was delivered, they said because it wasn't reported at the time of delivery there was nothing they could do (it was reported when they noticed it - the first time they used the table). It was like pulling teeth trying to get anyone at the company to remedy this situation. The told us to find a furniture repair person to fix the table and add extra layers of seal if we like, to protect it from food stains, and to pay for the repairs/refinishing. They refused to take any responsibility, they didn’t send anyone to come take a look at the table to see if it was covered by their warranty, they just couldn't care less if the client was happy or if their table absorbed food stains like a sponge. After chasing them, they finally gave us the wood stain information so it would help us in our efforts to find someone to refinish the top of the table. When I complained that the table was obviously not sealed properly to begin with, they insisted that it was properly sealed and that oak is just “very delicate” and that they always recommend that “any spills should be wiped up immediately. It’s an OAK dining table! I could understand if it was unsealed honed white marble! Never in a million years would we have recommended a table that couldn't be used without a waterproof tablecloth - eww! We truly gave them every opportunity to make this right. The experience was incredibly disappointing. We’ll never recommend them again
