Wanting to give Cranbrook Photo & Studio a huge thank you, went in to get photos for my Dads memorial and my sisters as well, when I went to pick up they put it on a USB stick as well and didn't charge me, bless them, I was so moved, thank you so much, I highly recommend such a great compassionate company and the people that work there!

Terrible service. I took a cross stitch picture in. Ask to make sure it was all straight when they framed it. There was over 1/2 inch difference from the left side and right side. They do not know how to stretch a needle point type of picture So disappointing considering I paid a lot for that service, and no type of discount. DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE!!

I didn't have just one great experience with Cranbrook Photo, I had a few.They recently sent me a receipt that I couldn't find, that they had a record of from more than 6 months ago (hallelujah) and were able to clean my camera and had it to me promptly the next day.Happy to have this store nearby. Well rounded offering and great staff.

Took our God daughter to paint some ceramic stuff, great place to do such thing, price is great selection is great, staff was great. Very good visit, can't wait to pick up our products when the glazing is done in a couple weeks.
