I am very happy with my rental! We had a hard time fitting our little family in the first vehicle and the Presque Isle Ace helped me to easily and quickly switch into a more roomy car!! Thank you!!

This is the best rental service I have dealt with. The owners go above and beyond the call of duty to please his customers. I am a travel nurse, my first time travelling to Maine, my flight got delayed and arrived in Maine around 11p on a Sunday. I thought they would be closed but to my surprise the owner Derick was at his business counter at the airport waiting for me.He gave me the keys to my rental car and then help me find my way to my hotel, by driving ahead of me. I cannot thank him enough, for his help. Keep up the excellent work of assisting your customer's no matter what their color, creed, nationality or culture . Poor service. They tell you one thing and then do another. Renter beware!!

The car we rented had mechanical problems (transmission) which still had a manufacturer warranty. The Kia roadside was not helpful at all,which put us on the side of the road for 2 and half hours. Darick the owner made it right worked hard to get us to Presque isle to get a new car. He took his time to work with the towing company and getting us a ride to Presque isle which was about 50 miles. Thank you once again for the great service.

Though of renting for 3 months, but my First date I pick up the suv it was dirty inside and outside, plus it had some stain, the only thing they told me is” I will notify my manager” nothing was resolve, the rental price was really high.
