Absolutely worst customer service. If you purchase from this company, beware that they make and distribute defective products, and when they are caught, they do not take ownership or liability for their products. In turn, they ignore your e-mails and cause you further headache. It's a shame that they are in the market of catering to baby products, when they simply have 0 idea of what a parents life is like and make you run around in circles.
