I would not recommend new clients to this place. There is a lack of care towards new and potential clients.I went here because I was looking to treat myself to a luxurious birthday treatment, and I chose this place because I believe in supporting small businesses and wholistic health.. but I left here feeling so much worse than when I arrived.I was hoping I would be offered some sort of compensation, or at the very least a response, after providing my feedback of my experience.Alas, here I am providing my honest review two weeks after the fact.The whole experience was somewhat relaxing.. aside from the fact that she decided it was a good idea to fix the wall clock right beside me during my appointment (not the time time do so).The lymphatic massage I received was inadequate.I felt judged after disrobing and upon settling. I was having financial issues, and she stood in the room by the door while I waited on the phone as if she thought I would leave without paying her. It was incredibly uncomfortable. No other business would conduct themselves in this way, nor would they make their clients feel this way.My level of disappointment is unfathomable, even more so that the owner received my feedback and did nothing in response.The only reason that I gave two stars is because I enjoyed the copper rollers that she used on my face. But basically, I paid $200 to leave feeling terrible and no one should ever have to experience that.

I've been using Jessica's products for almost 2 years and they are wonderfully therapeutic for my sensitive skin. They are concentrated and therefore long-lasting, sold in small, fresh batches. Both facials and lymphatic massage were restorative and thorough. The vibe in her little studio is super-relaxing and there is a very calm energy in her approach. I highly recommend.

I had an exceptional pedicure by Jessica yesterday - she was so thorough and professional. My feet and nails have never looked so good.I also had an amazing facial - beautiful products, heated bed, relaxing music, and Jesi’s expertise. So relaxing and a real rescue for my skin. I highly recommend a facial at Full Moon!

Jessica provided me with an excellent 90 minute facial. Her skillfuluse of the appropriate product and her well trained massage/extraction/guasha techniques provided me with glowing, hydrated skin.She really knows her products! Loved the heated bed!

Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have been seeing her for years. She provides a wide variety of services and really knows what she's doing. I would recommend her very highly to anyone seeking the services of an Esthetician!

I had a great experience. I had the lash lift and tint, and eyebrow shape and tint, and I look so polished. It was such a relaxing treatment, Jess was so gentle with my eyes. I highly recommend this to anyone. In fact my boss was asking where I got it done and will be booking soon. I took a before and after, and I am wearing no makeup in either.

The location is great with good parking at the back or side streets. First time I meet Jessica she was professional and greeting me friendly. I felt at ease and comfortable as Jessica took care of my brow shaping. Afterwards, I was very pleased and definately will rebook with Jessica.

I've been going to see Jessica at Full Moon Esthetics Winnipeg for services for a few years now. I followed her from a previous location when she started her own company because her skills are top notch. I see her regularly for waxing and occasionally for manicures, pedicures and facials. She is amazing, uses gentle, natural products, and has accommodated me through pregnancy and post partum recovery when mobility was an issue. Her space and tools are always clean and I always feel so relaxed after my appointments. A great Winnipeg business! I highly recommend.

Great conversation, well educated/trained, nice space to relax in, comfortable massaging pedicure chair. always great service. I've had, waxing in different areas/body parts Jessica has never missed any hair. (This includes Brazilian. The bum is quick and your are laying comfortably on your side.) Eyebrow waxing also had a facial massage with a cooler jade roller! Perfectly done eyelash tinting! (Vasiline, cotton pads, comfortable application and removal.) I've had a few pedicures and manicures, always relaxing with a good massage. - returning customer.
