I have an MR2 (SW20) pretty rare gem with parts that are even more rare. When all other places/auto parts shops fail to track down the hard to find items I need, Gerry seems to always find a way. Great guy with a great business!

I first contacted BAP through their website and he answered quickly, helped me get information on the parts I needed then ordered them for me.As it turned out, I needed to return one of three items I ordered. Gerry was gracious and refunded me immediately.Prices are competitive, around what my mechanic pays using his discount when he buys them for me at competitors.WJR

Bought a compressor that didn't work but got a credit so customer service is fine. To be fair and to accommodate seller's response, I gave this place 3 stars and that's fair. Yes, I got full refund for the defective part but my expectation was that it would work as I spent way more $ in the whole job as a result. I am not a mechanic so I must rely on yours and others' expertise- I was told the part sold was defective. Your customer service and return policy are above average.

Thanks Gerry for the brake parts for my c250! very prompt order of the parts, seamless, informative, especially with an illiterate mechanic like myself. Will definitely recommend this shop, they've been around forever and their prices are suitable for all sorts of budgets! will be coming back for more when my Mercedes needs some repairs, which is pretty unavoidable HAHA.

Wonderful service with very quick delivery. Gerry saved me over $2000 on the cost of parts. A simple email and Gerry did the rest- sourcing the part, getting it delivered and everything arrived at the times he promised. I will be a customer for life.

Awesome place and decent prices. Spencer Guy is a great guy. Has Awsome clients service. Pity that he is now only working Sundays as he got a better pay job at gm as parts guy. Very knowledgeable and good computer skills.
