These people had so much compassion for me and my family after the death of my father. Thank you so much for making everything so much easier for me.

My father passed away at Mcgarrel Place in London after a long battle with Parkinson's disease. After his passing my siblings and I were reeling from such a devastating loss and we proceeded to the next step which was extremely hard, the removal of my father. Masters Funeral Services arrived and the owner Steve began to transfer the body towards the front doors. The nurses wanted to recite some prayers by my father which led to an outburst by Steve; he was was yelling at staff quite abrasively. In regards to his behaviour, it was very distasteful and unnecessary. I think Steve needs to seriously reassess his actions because his demeanor does not convey professionalism.

My experience with Steve and his company was extremely negative and disconcerting. Steve and his partner arrived to pick up my dad who had just passed away an hour earlier. On Steve's arrival, he was explaining the procedure to us and staff for the retrieval of the body but he did this in an aggressive manner. As he transferred my deceased father out on the stretcher, some staff passed by and said a quick prayer for my father; a ritual that some staff perform when a resident passes. Steve was standing right over my father and yelling at staff to back away." He shouted things such as
