Here's a resume of my experience with them.First call(2summers ago): Installed new A/C machine with 12 years warranty. One year warranty with company.Second call(1 summer ago, still unde r warranty): A/C leaking. They came back to fix it". They sent us another invoice even though we still had warranty on it.Third call(1 summer ago): Had to call them again the next day to come back cause it was still leaking and all tablets in one of our closet were ruined. Of course it took a week before they came back which they did but yet the problem is still present. Once again
