Ordered parts for an older TurfPower lawn tractor. Plugged in the part # from my owners manual and presto. Ordered multiple parts and there were delivered to my door in under 48 hours! What a fantastic operation this is. Well done. Will be my go to for any parts in the future!

I never post reviews, however the experience and positive feedback from these folks is incredible. My story begins with an order of a head gasket replacement, as it turns out the courier service that they use (I won't mention them) but you all know who, really screwed me around. I pleaded with this courier company to make it right, nope, nadda, one of these company's just to big to fail, anyway last resort was to reach out to the folks at MTD Parts, actually spoke to a fellow Peter whom understood my issue, and immediately took charge of the situation, in fact he sent out another part as a good will gesture. At the end of this episode, I get a honk from a fellow (neighbor) who drove up to my rural drive and hand delivered the part. Turns out the last 3 digits of his fire number coincides with mine, but on a different street, so proven that the courier company did not admit to their mistake. Talk about rural living!!!..such great people!!..So as it turns out I am expecting a replacement item from MTD that by the way was gracious enough having gone by my word only. I advised MTD that the part was delivered to me from a neighbor, and that I would send the goodwill part back to MTD. Really can't get better then that service. As far as the courier service when I mentioned to them the outcome? Just a canned corporate response. Meh...

Ordered multiple parts and was worried after reading the reviews, however got the parts right away without any issues.

Very difficult to reach - tried phone and chatbot unsuccessfully. They charged me for my order on June 29, 2023 when I ordered the parts and now they have charged me again, on July 5, after they shipped the item. I'm just asking for the duplicate payment to be reversed - I understand mistakes happen, but it shouldn't be this difficult to resolve them.

This Company never answers their telephones& won't publish their email address as an alternative method of contacting them.I'd have to say their support is useless if you can't get a hold of them!

ordered online. never delivered. no phone number for follow up. no email for follow-up. no customer service. But lesson learned. If website doesn't provide follow up information do not buy from them.

The customer service at MTD Canada could use some work. They don't post their holidays hours, hard to reach on the phone, and the online chat is broken! (freezes).It's so great having a head office locally and in our own country, just wish the executives would throw some cash this way to help improve the customer experience.
