Taxi Diamond

Use another taxi service... I've been a taxi diamond customer for almost 20 years but never again. When calling to reserve the taxi around midnight to go to the airport, there were no representatives, only an automated service. No matter how many times I tried repeating my address, the automated system couldn't get it. I then setup the app, and tried reserving there. The price quoted there was significantly higher than what I've paid in the past. It kept searching but couldn't find a driver. Eventually I received a text that a driver was found, however in the app it was still searching. Did I ever have a driver? Who knows. I cancelled the pending search and used a different taxi service. P.S. to the customer support answering the negative reviews, I'm not interested in talking to a supervisor, there's more than enough information here for the company to fix its mess.

I used to use Taxi Diamond a lot because I work very early mornings and very late nights. They have a new automated phone system that never captures the address correctly and there's no way to speak with someone. I have had to find alternative taxi companies for a few months.

I'm a driver in a truck and a diamond taxi driver cut me off without signaling his intention. In a truck u can't stop on the spot so if u want to get in a big accident then you should take diamond. If u cherish ur life the take a different taxi service. I even called to make a complaint and they transfered me to a none available number.

I took taxi cabs for the same run the cost is $20. With this Taxi diamond, I noticed the person took a longer route, with detour and with detour on road constructions…. so I said it is going to be more expensive… then he missed my street/stop… At the end it was $25! He told me because I was talking and I asked why he is more expensive!!!I am a professional airplane Pilot, next time when someone talks to me while flying, I will make a detour instead of landing in Hawaii, I will land the passengers in San Francisco, why?Others staff or passengers were talking to me!!!!.I don't think the extra $5 will make this ''''professional'''' driver richer!and a very tight space for my legs at the back of the taxi.

If you're from out of town or a woman, do NOT use this service. My niece was just nearly abducted and taken for a ride. A $20 ride cost $60 and the cabby demanded cash. He proceeded to make communication very difficult and pretended to struggle HEAVILY with English. To be specific, it was Cab #2184. He also made sure you couldn't identify the driver ID with foggy/dirty plastic. You can take zero comfort knowing the company is unreachable so they will do nothing about this (and many) incidents like it. As a Montrealer I apologize in advance to anyone who has been treated this way by Taxi Diamond. Go Uber and enjoy the city comfortably and safely. Uber drivers are far more proud of being from here than these drivers.

Not only was your driver rude but threatened me physically. I have a service dog and the law states that I am indeed in my own right to take a taxi. What the the he'll is wrong with your driver's? I have his plate, this is disgusting!

We reserved a minivan to the airport the night before. At the reserved time early the next morning, our taxi wasn’t there. When I called to check, they confirmed that they had my reservation but didn’t have a car. Closest one was 15 minutes away and going to be 20 minutes after the original reservation. We canceled and took a different service on demand. It seems like they didn’t look for our car until the time it was expected, and the reservation was meaningless.

Worst taxi experience, picked up from airport and the driver was complaining and rude. The car was dirty and smelly. Very unprofessional. I should have taken an Uber but the surge pricing was crazy. Never again. White Bonjour Dodge Caravan FMN8943. Taxi diamond you need to do better

After a hard day moving to a new apartment a 76 year old lady called for a DIAMOND taxi from a neighbors phone at midnight, it never arrived. She called DIAMOND Taxi back 40 minutes later after finding another neighbor with a cell phone and was assured a taxi would be on the way after explaining she was moving and had no working phone currently. That 2nd DIAMOND taxi never arrived.Disgusting.Thankfully, the 3rd time she called ATLAS for a taxi and it arrived within 10 minutes.
