An average Chinese cuisine/ takeout located under 700 University avenue office building.For the $14 price per box with rice/ noodles with 2 entrees of your choice, it is slightly pricey compared to other Chinese takeouts in downtown Toronto.The fried rice seems a little bland, considering theres nothing but rice, but also their black pepper beef and Spivey chicken tastes mediocre compared to the other cheaper Chinese restaurants.The good side is that it is located right next to the University of Toronto.

Very disappointing food.Spent $14/$17 for a meal, steamed rice with no flavour, steamed broccoli and those fake fried shrimps you get frozen from a box in bulk.You can do better.

Ok place. Went towards the end of the day and the lady was kind and cheerful. Got the hint garlic chicken and pepper beef. Tasted ok but could have certainty done better. Quantity for a 3 item dish wasn't good enough.

Food was terrible. Highly recommend to avoid this place to everyone. Food tasted like garbage and felt like vomiting then and there.Looks can be deceiving please beware ever eat here. Worst place I have ever eaten. Stay away!!!

Prices on the menu board are wrong or they are trying to lie. Asked for a wonton soup, menu says $2.70. Was charged $5+ and they claim the one on the board is a small size. I wasn’t asked what size when I ordered and there’s no indication of various size options. I questioned the worker and he blames corporate not updating their menu pricing. Maybe cover the $2.70 or something. Rip off.

Food was disgusting.. the fried rice was gross .. no flavour or vegetables in the fried rice .. it looked like soya sauce and rice .. the honey garlic chicken tasted like oil .. very poor quality food

Fried rice is gross! I threw it in the garbage, couldn't eat it. Their food is disappointing!
