Nottawasaga Inn Resort & Conference Centre

Worse resort our family has ever stayed. Found the staffs very racist, we were two Indian families that checked in, from the time we checked in the resort we kept getting the looks from the staffs that made us very uncomfortable and felt low. we never got a straight answer for any of the question we had, and it wasn't just one or two but most of the staffs. Would never again visit this place, such a horrible experience.

I was there for a dance competition a few weeks ago. It was my second time at this complex. On the morning of the checkout, it was a nightmare. We tried to get a late checkout, which was not available. It seemed everyone was checking out at the same time. The elevators are slow and small and took forever to come to the fifth floor. There was also no luggage carts available and you can imagine what I had to take for a dance comp. I ended up having to walk down the stairs about 5 times to put my luggage in the truck. It also rained all weekend to add to my frustration. The rooms were not cleaned daily and I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and coffee for the room. The hotel is well suited with fun stuff for kids to do, like arcade, pool and ping pong. The restaurant and bar had good options and the breakfast buffet was good. The pool and hot tub were a nice touch, but the water slide had the craziest times. It never seemed to be open when we were in the pool. Not sure why it isnt open the whole time the pool is. Overall not a bad place to stay, it seems they are not suited for super busy times.

I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO STAY ELSEWHERE. Our room was pleasant and comfortable and the lobby and lounge is nice. But it all stops there. Guest service is sorely sub par with all staff behaving as if they are being inconvenienced. The food is awful and my recommendation is you go into town for your meals. Having worked in the hospitality industry for years, I believe this is sadly a “top down” effect. The owners or manager of this establishment simply do not care to train their staff in being friendly and service oriented. What they say goes, even if you have allergies and cannot have certain foods. The kitchen staff are woefully undertrained and even basic French fries cannot be cooked properly. Vegetables were burned. I really hate to complain. I just can’t understand why management doesn’t see the potential. They have a nice facility that can really be successful if they could only have staff that are trained on how to serve customers vs saying no no no all the time. They also need a better chef who doesn’t dictate what you have to eat. Please spend your money on a better hotel.

We stayed for a golf weekend with friends. Service was awesome and all staff was friendly. The courses are fun and give some variety. Well manicured greens and loved that they changed the pin location daily. Will come back for sure.

We attended the resort for a hockey tournament. The hotel booked our families spread apart all across the hotel. They would not allow us to socialize. Our first evening by supper time we were already being harassed by staff telling us we couldn’t be socializing. Our only option to socialize is to go to the bar or rent a conference room at 1100$ a day. Pool, arcade and mini put close early and they don’t allow the kids to play so kids have nothing to do after 7:30.The water comes out of the taps brown and more than half of our team including parents got sick with diarrhea and vomiting. The pool is so heavily chlorinated a bunch of the kids ended up with serious rashes. Lifeguards don’t pay attention/on their phones and a child drowned, luckily a parent jumped in and saved the child while the lifeguard cried. Asked to have the garbage and towels changed in the room, was told the staff don’t do that and won’t enter the room unless it’s an emergency.Overall a negative experience and we will not return. If you’re there for a hockey tournament and want to have fun, i suggest a different hotel.Some staff were very friendly and others were very rude. One security guard told us he requests to work during hockey tournaments because he likes being able to push his authority.

This is a hidden gem for families with kids. We usually come with a group of friends and kids and always enjoy it!Pools, golf, restaurant, and more..plus highly professional staffs and clean rooms.They serve food and drink around outdoor pool. Pizza was amazing! Breakfast was fresh and nice options for kids. Finally, I would say price was quite reasonable for the service we received. It’s only 1 hr drive from Toronto! I highly recommend this resort for relaxing!

Thought we would try this place out. Lots of activities to choose from so we did the mini golf and swam in the pool. The mini golf was lots of fun! The indoor pool has a slide! Went pretty fast down it. The staff were very friendly and answered our questions pretty quickly and accurately. Will come here again!

Recently we stayed at the resort for 2 nights and were happy with their service. Appropriate for families with small children. The pool and the water slide were very enjoyable for children. The mini golf play area was nice too. Restaurant food was good. Two things they could improve would be the room TV picture quality and wifi connectivity.

Went on a business trip and it was great! Golf course had very nice view. Location was fantastic. The rooms were fine... Not that luxury but clean. Big pool with slide and tons of amenities.

My wife and I visited many years ago and returned for my birthday. Our stay was very nice and the staff were great. We really enjoyed our dinner at the Riverview room. The food was absolutely amazing as was the service. Breakfast was was also great.
