Jessie is the best piercer ever! I love how comfortable and safe she makes everyone feel. I got 3 cartilage piercings changed from the boring ones you get when you first get piercing to some beautiful pieces (including the conch that Jessie pierced). Additionally I walked in there thinking that I was going to pay to get my third holes re-pierced but Jessie was able to get an earring through saving me $90! This also goes to shows how amazing Jessie truly is. I would recommend her to anyone!

Amazing experience! Took my 11 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. Jessie was the sweetest! Chatting with her to ease her nerves, talked her through the process, and it was all so quick too! My daughter was expecting loads of pain, and she was shocked how little it hurt. Such wonderful staff all around at Riverside too! Very welcoming to our family! Would highly recommend for getting kids ears done over having them done at the mall! Thanks again!

I got my nose pierced here last Friday and I have to say it was the best idea ever! As a teen, I came in a little neverous and Jessie was able to calm my nerves immediately! Her piercing space is so cool and her energy is amazing, plus she is so quick and allows for mininal pain!! She makes you feel safe, confident and beautiful! Thank you so much Jessie! I would 1000% recommend coming here if your in the area and want a piercing done!

Jessie is an absolute sweetheart! She makes sure you are comfortable and feel welcome! Excellent environment. Jessie re-pierced my nose from having my nose ring fall out… very nervous it was going to hurt, she talked me through what she was doing and just like that i had a cute piercing again♡ Went back for the other side of my nose! I have to say Jessie is an absolute angel, never have I met someone as comforting as her. Such a clean work space, gave me the run down before getting pierced. She took the time to answer all of my questions.100000% will be returning to her. She is the perfect person to get pierced by. 11/10 experience!

My 4 year old daughter had her ears pierced today! Jessie was so kind and patient with my little one making the experience look effortless. Everything was clean and well organized and she explained the process as she went. The full on pink vibe also helped! When my daughter was nervous for the second ear she helped get her through it. My daughter is thrilled with the finish product and we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much! Went in today while my boyfriend got his haircut and got some jewelry changed. Jessie was so accommodating and sweet. Will definitely be back to get any future piercings with her. Lovely little studio and she makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. Can’t recommend her enough.

Jessie and everyone at Riverside tattoo are a dream. Jessie is so wonderfully focused on making her client feel safe. Her space is warm and inviting and she did an amazing job on my piercing. I would recommend her to anyone and if my kids ever want a piercing I am taking them to Jessie!!

Jessie is amazing! I've been here twice now and I'll definitely be coming back for the rest of my piercings. She always makes me feel comfortable even with all my awkward, anxious energy. She talks you through the entire piercing and is really comforting. It's worth the trip if you don't live close by. I'd 100% recommend getting pierced by her you won't regret it!
